ORDER
Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026 The petitioner is a juvenile in conflict with law involved in Crime No.1475/2025 of Thrikodithanam police station. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 3 (a), 4, 5(1), 5(n), 5(m)
and 6 of the POCSO Act .
2. According to the petitioner he is aged 17. His apprehension is that, the police may, at any time, arrest him and he will be remanded to custody. Though he has moved an anticipatory bail application before the learned Sessions Judge, it was dismissed as per Annexure 1 order on the ground that since he is a juvenile in conflict with law, there is no scope for apprehension that he will be arrested and remanded to custody.
3. According to the learned counsel, inspite of Annexure 1 order, the police is threatening to arrest him.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that since the petitioner is a juvenile in conflict with law, there is no merits in the apprehension that he will be arrested and remanded to custody.
5. At the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Juvenile Justice Board. In the above circumstances, this Crl.M.C. is
