(Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026)

The petitioner in M.C No.29 of 2017 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-VII, Neyyattinkara, filed this O.P.(Crl.) praying for early disposal of the said case. 2. Though notice was served on the respondents, they did not turn up.

3. Considering the nature of relief claim in the O.P(Crl.), a report was called from the learned Magistrate about the time required for the disposal of the above case. As per the report dated 14.01.2026, the learned Magistrate requested for a period of one month for disposing the case.

In the above circumstances, this O.P.(Crl.) is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-VII, Neyyattinkara, to dispose of M.C No.29 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
