J U D G M E N T

I have heard Sri. Krishnan Mani, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri. K.S. Manu for the respondent –

Bank.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent – Bank, on the basis of the instructions received by him, that the petitioner has cleared the entire loan amount.

In view of the above, nothing further remains for consideration, and accordingly, the writ petition would stand closed.
