JUDGMENT
The Prayers in this Original Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are as follows:-
“(i) Issue a Order directing the IVth Additional Sessions Court – Thirssur expeditiously dispose of S.C.No.659/2023 within a time frame.
(ii) Allow the Original Petition with costs.
(iii)To dispense with filing of the translation of Vernacular documents.
(iv)Grant such other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. On 15.01.2026, this Court directed the Registry to obtain a report from the Court concerned on the time required for the disposal of the matter.
3. A report has been obtained from the Additional District and Sessions Court – IV, Thrissur stating that the matter could be disposed of within a period of ten months. Therefore, the Additional District and Sessions Court – IV is directed to dispose of S.C.No.659 of 2023 within a period of ten months from the date of production of a certified copy of thi
