JUDGMENT

The prayers in this Original Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are as follows:-

”(i) Direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court – I, Aluva, to issue Certified Copies of Final Report with documents and First Information Report in C.C.No.831/2022 in the files of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court – I, Aluva to the petitioner within a time frame, by processing Exhibit P2 copy application.

(ii) To issue any other order or direction appropriate in the circumstances of the case.”

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Trial Court has issued the certified copies sought for.
