In both these writ petitions, the petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to pass orders in the second appeal filed before the State Information Commission as Ext.P5, under the Right to Information Act .

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides, there will be a direction to the third respondent, State Information Commission, to pass orders on Ext.P5 appeal with notice to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.

The writ petitions are disposed of as above.
