JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
I. issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writs, directions or orders directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders Exhibit P-3 representation submitted by the petitioner so as to correct the mistake happened while granting regular permit to the 3rd respondent in violation to the one way system from Kunnumpuram-V.K. Pady before implementing Exhibit P-2 decision;
II. To dispense with the production of English Translation of documents which are in vernacular language;
III. Render such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. On the question of the grant of a permit to the 3rd respondent, the petitioner herein need not be heard, more so when no final decision has been taken by the authority concerned. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the grant of the permit, it will be open to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy on available grounds.
Subject to the above, the writ petition is dismissed.
