JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider Exhibit P3 application in accordance with law, within such time frame as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit;
(ii) Declare that the property having a total extent of 21.6 Ares, described in Exhibit P1, is not paddy land;
(iii) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
(iv) Pass an order dispensing with the translation of the documents produced along with the Writ Petition in vernacular language.”

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Ext. P3 Form–7 application within a time frame.
