JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 6^th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P5 application after conducting a site inspection and verifying necessary documents adduced by the petitioner and affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner;

ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the 3^rd respondent to carry out necessary changes in the basic tax register and other revenue records to record the property of the petitioner lying in extent 2.43 Ares of the property lying in Survey No.204/Pt7 and Pt8 of Adat Village in Thrissur Taluk, Thrissur District as dry land.

iii) Declare that the property of the petitioner lying in 2.43 Ares of the property lying in Survey No.204/Pt7 and Pt8 of Adat Village in Thrissur Taluk, Thrissur District.is not a paddy land.

iv) Issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case;

v) Dispense with the production of English translation of the vernacular Exhibits produced in the Writ Petition [ c ]”
