JUDGMENT

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer has considered the execution petition and that the parties have agreed to settle the issue by the respondent paying an amount of ₹42,000/- (Rupees Forty-two Thousand only) in three equal monthly instalments. An order to that effect has been passed on 28.01.2026.

The order has been complied with. The Contempt of Court case is closed Sd/-
