Court found no apparent error requiring review regarding CRZ notification violations in earlier judgment.

This Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the judgment dated 13.01.2026 passed in W.P. (PIL) No. 130 of 2025. The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed with specific allegations regarding violation of the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) notification, 2019, which were not considered in the judgment dated 13.01.2026.

2. On the date on which the judgment was passed, we had considered the report filed by the District Collector, from which it would appear that the violation of the CRZ notification, if any, had been taken note of by the District Collector as the same is implicit in the judgment. Hence, we are of the view that there is no error apparent on the face of the record which would warrant the exercise of our review jurisdiction.

3. However, it is pointed out by the learned Senior Government Pleader that the District Collector is presently sitting over the matter and is required to take a final decision in this regard.

4. In view thereof, we do not propose to pass any further directions. We, however, expect that the District Collector will expedite the matter and take due note of any violation of the CRZ notification, 2019.

5. The review petition is accordingly disposed of.
