In view of the pendency of R.S.A. No. 19 of 2024, wherein the 7^th respondent is the appellant, and since it prima facie appears that the issues raised therein have already been urged in the present petition by the petitioner, who is not a party to the said second appeal, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

2. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
