This writ petition has been filed for a direction to quash Ext.P5 and to reconsider Ext.P4 petition in accordance with Ext.P3 guidelines.

The writ petition was filed on 18.12.2019 and there have been no postings till date. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the physical possession of the property has already been taken.

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition, and accordingly the same is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to reopen it, if the cause survives.
