JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner is not presently in India. It is also admitted that the 5th respondent, from whom the petitioners apprehend threat, is also not in India. In view of the above, there is no existing threat as alleged in the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court as and when the need arises.
Reserving the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
