Dated this the 28th day of January, 2026 ORDER The petitioner is the sole accused in S.C.No.1881/2024 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court-VII, Thiruvananthapuram, which has originated from Crime No.1664/2023 registered by the Poonthura Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 325, 308 and 506 (ii) of the Indian Penal Code.
2. The petitioner has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 , to quash all further proceedings in the above case.
