ORDER
The Crl.M.C is filed to quash Annexure 1 order passed by the Court of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Perinthalmanna, in M.C. No.16 of 2022 directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties for a like sum for the purpose of keeping peace for a period of one year from 13.04.2022.
As the time period stipulated in Annexure 1 order has already elapsed, I am of the view that nothing further survives in this Crl.M.C. Hence, the Crl.M.C is closed.
