The petitioner has filed this captioned writ petition seeking to challenge the revenue recovery proceedings as well as the steps for dismantling the electricity connection by the respondent – Electricity Board.
2. Sri. Riji Rajendran, the learned counsel for the Electricity Board, however, pointed out, with reference to the instructions received, that the petitioner has since settled the entire liability under the Adalath.
In view of the above, this writ petition would stand closed as infructuous.
