This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
i) A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on Ext. P4 request preferred by the petitioner of Koduvallissery Mahavishnu Temple committee.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, Adv. Sruthi Rajit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the Deputy Commissioner of Malabar Devaswom Board is directed to consider Ext.P4 and take a decision in accordance with law.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Malabar Devaswom Board pointed out that the Deputy Commissioner is not made a party to the proceedings. However, she submitted that there is no impediment for the Deputy Commissioner in considering Ext.P4, in accordance with law. 4. In view of the said submission, the Deputy Commissioner, Malabar Devaswom Board, Office of the Malabar Devaswom Board, Kozhikode is suo motu impleaded as additional 3rd responden
