ORDER

This is an application filed by claimants 1 & 2 in O.P.(MV)

No.2622/2022 pending before the Additional District & Sessions Court III, Kollam seeking transfer of the proceedings to MACT, Kollam.

2. The 2^nd respondent appeared through counsel and submitted that they have no objection to the transfer of the proceedings.

I have gone through the petition and I find that sufficient reasons have been made out justifying a transfer. In the above circumstances, this transfer petition is allowed and OP(MV) No.2622/2022 is transferred from Additional District & Sessions Court III, Kollam to MACT Kollam for disposal.
