ORDER

This is an application filed by claimants 1 & 2 in O.P.(MV)

No.2622/2022 pending before the Additional District & Sessions Court III, Kollam seeking transfer of the proceedings to MACT, Kollam.

2. The 2nd respondent appeared through counsel and submitted that they have no objection to the transfer of the proceedings.

I have gone through the petition and I find that sufficient reasons have been made out justifying a transfer. In the above circumstances, this transfer petition is allowed and OP(MV) No.2622/2022 is transferred from Additional District & Sessions Court III, Kollam to MACT Kollam for disposal.
