This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/ the Attukal Bhagavathi Temple Trust (herein referred to as ‘petitioner Trust’), filed this petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure , for setting aside the order passed by the Additional District Judge-I, Thiruvananthapuram, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the District Judge’) in I.A.No.15 of 2023 in O.S.No.1 of 1979 dated 08.07.2025.
