J U D G M E N T
Dated this the 23rd day of January, 2026 The petitioners state that the 1st petitioner was appointed as HSST (Junior), Commerce on 27.06.2011. The 2nd petitioner was appointed as HSST (Junior), English on 23.07.2012 and was thereafter promoted as HSST on 15.07.2013. As per Ext.P1, appointments were approved only with effect from 18.03.2013, on the ground that the posts pertaining to the courses sanctioned in the year 2010 were sanctioned only on 23.02.2013.
2. The appointments of the petitioners from their actual dates of appointment up to 28.02.2013 were approved only on daily wages basis. The issue relating to approval of appointment of others with effect from the actual date of appointment, was considered and allowed as per Ext.P5 judgment, by directing approval from the date of appointment. The writ appeal and the Special Leave Petition filed against the said judgment were dismissed. Pursuant thereto, the Regional Deputy Directors have issued Exts.P7 and P8 orde
