ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.2 in Crime No.103/2026 of Valappad Police Station, Thrissur District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 332 (c), 351(3) and 111 read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNS ).
3. I have heard Sri.M.Vivek, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri.M.C.Ashi, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.
4. The applicant has not approached the Sessions Court. No exceptional circumstances are canvassed.
Hence, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court seeking pre-arrest bail. The applicant shall not be arrested for a period of two weeks from today.
