JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the father of the 4th respondent and the father-in-law of the 5th respondent. He apprehends physical harm from the aforementioned respondents and has hence approached this Court seeking police protection.
2. One of the grievances of the petitioner is that, despite having given sufficient properties in favour of the 4th respondent, he keeps encroaching into the exclusive properties of the petitioner and his wife.
3. The learned counsel for respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the said respondents have no intention to cause any harm to the petitioner and also that respondents 4 and 5 are residing along with the petitioner, peacefully.
4. When this writ petition came up for admission on 24.10.2025, this Court had passed an order directing the third respondent to ensure that the petitioner was not subjected to any physical harm by respondents 4 and 5 and also that in case of any imminent threat and on intimation from the petitioner, the third respondent will take immediate action to avoid such a situation. Till date, no instances of imminent threat or physical harm have been reported.
5. In view of the above, I am satisfied that the interim order dated
