1. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to de-freeze the account of the Petitioner maintained with the Respondent No.3/Bank. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.3/Bank submitted that the Bank has received a requisition from the Respondent No.5 for an amount of Rs.19,942/-. Even though service of notice to the Respondent No.4 is not complete, since no requisition is received by the Bank from the Respondent No.4, the notice to the Respondent No.4 is dispensed with. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the said amount of Rs.19,942/- is already paid to the de facto complainant. The learned Government Pleader on instruction submitted that the amount involved in the requisition received from the Respondent No.5 is settled by the Petitioner with the de facto complainant. Even though the learned Government Pleader referred to some other requisitions, the learned Standing Counsel for the Bank submitted that no other requisition is received by the Respondent Bank.
