JUDGMENT
Dated this the 31st day of January, 2026 The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders of directions commanding the 3rd respondent to approve the plan and layout submitted by the petitioner immediately to enable the 2nd respondent to issue building permit;
(ii) Declare that there is no legal impediment in developing the land, in view of Exhibit P2 judgment and direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the issuance of building permit;
(iii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ direction or order direction, commanding the respondents to implement the conditions in Ext.P3 and report it to this Hon’ble Court;
(iv) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is not pressed.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
