The writ petition is preferred being aggrieved by the recovery of an agricultural loan.

When the matter was taken up for consideration today, it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire amount covered by Ext.P1 has already been recovered. In such circumstances, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
