IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI, P. V. BALAKRISHNAN, JJ
HAREESH KUMAR. S – Appellant
Versus
THE DEVASWOM COMMISSIONER TRAVANCORE DEVASWOM BOARD – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: K. Reghu Kottappuram
For the Respondents: None

Dated this the 31st day of January, 2026 ORDER P.V. Balakrishnan, J.

This review petition is filed by the appellant in W.A.No.2336 of 2025, seeking review of the judgment dated 03.12.2025, passed in it.

2. Heard Adv. K. Reghu Kottappuram, the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner.

3. The writ appeal was disposed of on merits as per judgment dated 03.12.2025. The grounds raised in the review petition is nothing, but an attempt from the part of the review petitioner to rehear the writ appeal.

4. The Hon'ble Apex Court has categorically held that a review is not to be an attempted rehearing of appeal in disguise [See Lily Thomas v. Union of India [ 2000 (6) SCC 224 ]. We do not find any error apparent of the face of record warranting the review petition to be entertained.

Ergo, this review petition is dismissed.
