O R D E R

P.V.BALAKRISHNAN,J Heard Adv.S.Sreekumar, the learned senior counsel appearing for the review petitioners and Adv.V.Krishna Menon, the learned counsel appearing for the Kozhikode Corporation.

2. This Review Petition is filed seeking review of the judgment dated 11.08.2025, passed in W.A.No.1610/2024. What is sought in this Review Petition is the extension of the benefit of Rule 16(2) of the Kerala Municipality Building Rules ,2019, which was introduced by the Kerala Municipality Building(Amendment)Rules, 2025 on 29.10.2025, much after the disposal of the writ appeal.

3. If so, we are of the view that there is no error apparent on the face of record, in the judgment dated 11.8.2025 passed in W.A.No.1610/2024, which was rendered before the amendment, warranting invocation of the review jurisdiction.

Ergo, we find no merit in this review petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
