JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the proposed donor of Mr.Abdurahiman who is undergoing treatment for kidney related issues. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:-
“a. call for the records leading upon Ext.P9 order and quash the same by issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and direct the 3rd respondent to grant approval for unrelated renal transplantation.
b. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P10 appeal, within a time stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted when the petitioner came to know about the disease of Mr.Abdurahiman, he expressed his readiness to donate his kidney. Thereafter, Ext.P4 joint application along with all necessary documents were submitted. However, the joint application of the petitioners was rejected by Ext.P9 stating that altruistic motive
