Therefore, the court closed the bail application.

This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-

arrest bail.

2. The applicant is the accused No.6 in Crime No.

140/2025 of Fort Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 3 51 (2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 126(2) and 110 r/w Section 3 (5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor submitted that an absconding charge sheet has been filed against the applicant before the jurisdictional court. It is further submitted that LOC is pending against the applicant.

Since the charge sheet has already been filed, the prayer has become infructuous. Accordingly, this bail application is closed.
