O R D E R

This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-

arrest bail.

2. The applicants are the accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.682/2025 of Thiruvambadi Police Station, Kozhikode District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110 and 351(3) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).

3. I have heard Sri.S.Rajeev, the learned counsel for the applicants and Smt.Sreeja V., the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary.

The learned Senior Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has already been filed. Hence, the bail application is closed. The applicants shall appear on summons before the jurisdictional court.
