JUDGMENT An interim order was passed on 19.12.2025 directing the petitioner to remit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty lakhs only) on or before 31.12.2025 and on 16.01.2026, taking note of the non-compliance, the interim order was vacated.

2. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.16219 of 2025 which was disposed of on 11.04.2025 granting installment facility to repay the outstanding amount in twelve installments. The same is also not complied with.

In view of the non-compliance of the direction in the interim order as well as the earlier judgment, the writ petition stands dismissed.
