JUDGMENT
When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the writ petition itself can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1.5 lakhs within a period of one month and to pay the remaining amount in eight installments.
2. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1.5 lakhs (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) within a period of one month; and to pay the remaining amount overdue in the loan account by eight equated installments. It is clarified that, if any of the installment is defaulted, the respondent/bank will be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. If the petitioner makes a payment within a period of one month and continue to pay the installments, let there be no coercive proceedings against the petitioner and her property.
This Writ Petition (Civil) will stand disposed of as above.
