JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims title to 2.23 ares of land in Edappally South Village. An application in Form 10 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Rules , 1964, has been filed. However the same has not been acted upon, is the short grievance.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court directs the 1st respondent/Tahsildar to consider Ext.P2 application in Form 10, in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent/Tahsildar, for compliance.

The Writ Petition (Civil) will stand disposed of, as above.
