ORDER
Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026 The petitioner, who is the sole accused in S.C.No.688 of
2022 on the files of the Fast Track Special Court, Chengannur, arising out of Crime No.808 of 2021 of Kayamkulam Police Station, filed this Crl.M.C under Section 528 of the BNSS , 2023, for quashing all further proceedings against the petitioner. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 450 and 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66E of the Information Technology Act .
2. The prosecution case is that, on several days, since February, 2019, the accused trespassed into the residence of the de facto complainant and repeatedly committed rape on her, after threatening to spread her naked photographs to her husband and relatives and thereby he is alleged to have committed the aforesaid offences.
3. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, now the entire dispute between the petitioner and the de facto complainant was settled amicably and also that, they are married to each other. Therefore, he prayed for quashing all further proceedings against the petitioner.
