ORDER
The criminal miscellaneous case is filed to direct the Court of the Assistant Sessions, Devikulam, to consider and dispose of S.C.No.686/2021, expeditiously.
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Trial Court, by communication dated 19.01.2026, has informed this Court that the trial in the case has commenced. There are 11 more witnesses to be examined. In any given case, the Trial Court requires atleast three months time to dispose of the case.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
On a consideration of the facts and the materials on record, without expressing anything on he merits of the matter and in light of the report of the Trial Court, I dispose of the Crl.M.C., by directing the Trial Court to consider and dispose of S.C.No.686/2021, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from today (29.01.2026).
