ORDER
The criminal miscellaneous case is filed to quash Annexure 1 FIR and all further proceedings in Crime No.2058/2024 registered by the Fort Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that, the Investigating Officer has filed a report before the Jurisdictional Court stating that further action in the above crime has been dropped. The said submission is recorded.
In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
