JUDGMENT

Taking into consideration of the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the officials of the concerned Society have not been made parties to the contempt of court case, I permit the petitioners to withdraw the contempt of court case and file a fresh contempt of court case, after impleading all necessary parties.

Accordingly, the contempt of court case is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty as aforesaid.
