JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed projecting a grievance that the order superseding the Managing Committee of the Karassery Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. was not served on the petitioner, who was a member of the Managing Committee.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order has, thereafter, been served and, therefore, the writ petition may be closed, leaving open all contentions and permitting the petitioner to challenge the order, if necessary.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, leaving open all contentions taken by the petitioner, and reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the order, if so advised.
