Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026 JUDGMENT The prayers in this Original Petition (Criminal) filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India are as follows:

“I. Direct the Hon’ble Judicial First-Class Magistrate Court – XII, Thiruvananthapuram, to dispose of the Exhibit P1 Calendar Case i.e., (C.C. No. 492/2021) expeditiously within a period of 3 months.

II. To permit the Petitioner to file the Original Petition (Criminal) without producing translation of vernacular documents marked as Exhibits in the Original Petition (Criminal).

III. Grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for and as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant and circumstances of the case.”

2. The petitioner is the complainant in C.C No.492/2021 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-XII, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner prayed for expeditious disposal of the case by the Trial Court.
