1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some mistakes happened while drafting the Writ Petition and sought permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
