JUDGMENT

In spite of repeated directions of this Court, the Petitioner has not taken steps to complete service against Respondent No.1. The Petitioner was directed to implead his local SHO, and it was also not done. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instructions from the Petitioner.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
