JUDGMENT Dated this the 29^th day of January, 2026 The petitioner is the Manager of CA Higher Secondary School, Coyalmannam. By Ext.P1 a physically disabled candidate was appointed as Full Time Menial on 01.06.2024. Exts.P2 and P3 would show that she is 40%

disabled.

2. The petitioner states that approval was granted only on daily wage basis on the ground that the appointment would be approved subject to the appointment of another physically disabled candidate. Ext.P6 is the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner before the Government, which is pending consideration.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader representing the respondents.

4. Aggrieved by Ext.P5, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 Revision Petition before the 1^st respondent. Ext.P6 being a statutory Revision Petition, it would be only just and proper that the 1^st respondent considers the same and passes appropriate orders thereon within a reasonable time.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P6 Revision Petition and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four months after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
