JUDGMENT Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026 The petitioner has preferred Ext.P19 representation before the 1st respondent seeking regularisation of her service from the date of her entry into service.
2. The petitioner is seeking the relief based on Rule 22(2) of the Kerala Sports Rules , 2008 and the assurance stated to have been given to other persons in Ext.P21 proceedings in W.P.(C) No.32475 of 2025 and Ext.P22 judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court.
3. Exts.P1 to P9 are meritorious certificates granted to the petitioner for successful appearance in sports events / swimming. In the facts of the case, the 1st respondent has to consider the claim of the petitioner, which according to the petitioner is a statutory claim.
In view of the limited prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P19 representation, after hearing the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and with due reference to Rule 22(2) of the Kerala Sports Rules , 2008 and Ext.P22 judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court, at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
