JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
1. “Issue a writ of Mandamus or appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider ExtP7 application for license /permission for the transportation of meat waste within a time limit to be fixed by this Honourable Court.
2. Issue a writ of Mandamus or appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to transport the meat waste in accordance with ExtP7 application and also in tune with ExtP4 , P5 and P6 Government orders and guidelines .
3. Kindly dispense with the production of translation of vernacular documents. 4. Grant Such other Relief.” [sic]
2. The only prayer in this writ petition is to consider Ext.P7 by the 2nd respondent.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
4. After hearing both sides, I think that prayer can be allowed.
Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
1) The 2nd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P7, if the same is pending and it is in order, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
