JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, directing the 2nd & 3rd Respondents to dispose of the permit application File No. 883483-2025 of the Petitioner to construct a compound wall in a time bound manner.
ii. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider Exhibit P-7 representation and pass appropriate orders in a time bound manner.
iii. Dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.
AND iv. Pass any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” [SIC]
2. The only prayer in this writ petition is to consider a permit application filed by the petitioner as evident by Ext.P2, within a time frame.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality and also the learned Government Pleader.
