JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on Exhibit P6 within such time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. issue such other orders, writs or directions as are deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court iii. award cost of this proceedings to the petitioner iv. dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents produced as Exhibits in the writ petition.” [SIC]
2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P6 appeal, within a time frame.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, I think, the prayer of the petitioner can be allowed.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:
1. The 1st respondent is directed to consider Ext.P6 appeal, if it is received and pending as on today, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of th
