JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 28th day of January, 2026)

Exts.P1 and P2, which are notices under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act , are under challenge in this writ petition. An interim order was passed by this Court on 28.02.2017 directing that dispossession shall be stayed on condition that the petitioner remits an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within one month. It is not discernible whether the petitioner has complied with the said order. There is also no representation for the petitioner today.

In such circumstances, I close this writ petition with liberty to reopen if the cause survives.
