JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice.

In view of the afore submission, this writ petition would stand dismissed as not pressed, however without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings before the competent among the respondents for ventilating the grievances pointed out in the writ petition.
