Dated this the 28th day of January, 2026 It is submitted that a Writ Appeal has been filed and there is an interim stay order. In the circumstances, the Contempt of Court Case cannot be proceeded with.
Contempt of Court Case is therefore closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to reopen the matter depending on the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
